You don't have to keep figuring this out alone.
You've been handling it on your own. And you've managed — mostly. But there's a ceiling to what you can do alone, and at some point the weight of carrying it without anyone who really understands starts to show.
You're also tired of explaining yourself. The particular texture of life abroad — what it actually costs, what it quietly takes, what it does to your sense of who you are — isn't something most people around you have language for. You need someone who already knows. Not because you told them. Because they've lived it.

What I Can
Offer You
01
1:1 45 minute Somatic Coaching Sessions
Every package is built around your specific situation. Together we'll determine the right number of sessions for what you're navigating — a minimum of six and a maximum of twelve, spread across a three to six month period. Cadence is either weekly or biweekly depending on what your process needs. We'll decide that together on the discovery call.
03
WhatsApp Communication Between Sessions
You won't be left to figure things out alone between sessions. I'm available by WhatsApp for questions, reflections, or anything that comes up as you're working through your practice — with same-day responses on weekdays. For clients on a biweekly cadence, I'll initiate a brief voice note check-in on your off week to keep the thread of our work alive between sessions.
02
Practice Design
Change doesn't happen in sessions — it happens in the time between them. After each session you'll receive a written summary of your personal practice: a specific somatic or mindfulness exercise designed around exactly what we're working on together. Small enough to do consistently. Intentional enough to move things.
04
Additional Resources
Depending on what comes up in our work together, you may receive guided audio practices, somatic exercises to explore on your own, reflection prompts, or reading materials chosen for where you are in the process. Nothing is generic or off the shelf. Everything is selected because it speaks directly to what you're working on — something to return to between sessions when you need a way back to yourself.
The version of you that travels intact

A steadier nervous system
Not unshakeable. Just regulated enough that you can meet what's hard without being pulled under by it.

More capacity for the world around you
When the internal work settles, something opens outward. The city that felt overwhelming starts to feel navigable. The people who felt unreachable start to feel possible.

A self you can find anywhere
The externals change constantly. This work develops your ability to locate yourself from the inside, through your own direct experience, no matter what's happening around you.

A sense of agency over your own experience
Not just surviving what comes. Feeling like you have a say in how you meet it, even when the circumstances themselves are out of your hands.

A new relationship to uncertainty
Not loving it. Not performing comfort with it. But being able to stay present and take the next step even when the ground feels unfamiliar.

Confidence that you can do this again (If you want)
Not because the next move will be easy. Because you'll arrive at it with skills you didn't have before.
