Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once received. When a client enrolls in a program or books a session, the Coach commits to reserving that time exclusively for the Client, which directly affects how many other clients the Coach is able to serve. The discovery call exists precisely so that both parties can assess fit before any financial commitment is made.
Single Sessions
Payment for single sessions is due at the time of booking to reserve the appointment. If the Client needs to reschedule, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance and the session may be moved to a new available time at no additional charge. The original payment is non-refundable under any circumstance. Each session may be rescheduled once only and must take place within 30 days of the original booking date. If a rescheduled session is cancelled, rescheduled a second time, or not used within the 30-day window, the session is forfeited in full and the payment is retained by the Coach.
Packages and Programs
No refunds will be issued for any sessions already delivered. For sessions not yet delivered, no refund will be provided unless the Coach chooses to cancel the program (see Coach-Initiated Cancellation below). Unused sessions may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from the Coach.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited and will be deducted from the Client's package with no opportunity to reschedule. No-shows are charged in full. If the Client arrives late, that time is lost and the session ends at its originally scheduled close time. The Coach commits to the same standard of punctuality.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from medical emergencies or significant unforeseen life events will not be automatically honored but may be brought directly to the Coach for discussion. Any resolution is at the Coach's sole discretion.
Coach-Initiated Cancellation
The Coach reserves the right to cancel a program at any time if she determines that continuing is not in the best interest of the coaching relationship. In that event, the Client will be responsible only for the pro-rata value of sessions already delivered, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
